1. Shipping Carriers
We support two official logistics carriers for United States orders:

• YunExpress (Yanwen Logistics): Standard economical shipping, delivery time 7–15 business days to US.

• SF Express International: Fast priority shipping, delivery time 5–10 business days to US.
We will arrange the shipment according to your order requirements.

2. Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

3. Shipping Cost Rule
Free shipping for orders over $30 USD. A flat shipping fee of $9 USD will be charged for orders under $30 USD.

4. Tracking Service
Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track real-time logistics information via the official website of YunExpress or SF Express International.

5. Delivery Note
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, bad weather, local postal delay or incorrect shipping address provided by customers.
